At HomeHealth Eco, you can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via michael@homehealthfitness.com with your order details. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for returns.
